Conversion of a static website into a dynamic mobile responsive website

IV Real Estate owns, develops, asset manages commercial property in the UK.
Alex and Liam at IV Real Estates in London asked us to host and optimise the existing IVRE website which was a static brochure website initially developed to provide a point of reference.

We took the basis of the initial design and enlarged the website providing a mobile responsive Content Management System, making virtually 100% of the website dynamic.

The website now offers a variety of publishing options and significantly increased traction with the search engines.

The website allows them to showcase their projects, publish news, press releases and case studies.

The design of the website gets the all clear from Google for being mobile responsive with dual navigation menu's to cater for mobile devices and similarly the bespoke content management system is also mobile responsive.

Flexible Content Management System

Web intelligent created the bespoke CMS page templates and a library of custom content sections to help IV Real Estate with their content management featuring drag and drop formats with multiple options per page.

Once the images and text have been applied the component parts of the page can be literally dragged so that the page can be viewed immediately with the new format.
