You can get a free upgrade to the Windows 10 operating system launching shortly - July 29th.
The pre-requisite is that you have Windows 7 or 8.1 on your pc.
Taking on board that all new operating systems tend to bug and it may be that you have actually customised your windows interface/ GUI and it is set up and working as you like it, then perhaps a deferred term may be appropriate - especially if your pc is your business.
